6:22 AM. Awake at 4:30 AM and couldn't get back to sleep. Tried but no luck. Good thing it's a holiday today. That means I could probably squeeze a nap in this afternoon.
The week was very disjointed. Sick on Monday. Worked like crazy on Tuesday. Funeral on Wednesday. Worked on Thursday. And today off. All at the busiest time of year.
My life is pretty fine, these days except for a) work not always being the most satisfying (why am I always so restless?) and b) a tad bit more money would be nice. In the grand scheme of things, that's not too bad.
