Half Marathon Training #10

Now the crunch begins. The distances are increased, even for he shorter runs. 16 km this Sunday, 6 hills this past Wednesday, and so on. I've got pain in my right leg (muscles?) that is worst when I start running but tends to be manageable after I've run for a while. In any case, it lingers with me all day. 6 more weeks 'til race day.
